Chima Ndumele, M.P.H., Ph.D.
Chima Ndumele is an Assistant Professor of Public Health (Health Policy) at Yale University. His research is primarily focused on evaluating the impact of policy on the access, use and provision of health services for vulnerable populations, with a special emphasis on individuals with chronic mental or physical conditions and those insured by Medicaid. Ongoing projects include work exploring the likely effects of Medicaid expansion and research examining the impact of changes in physician reimbursement on patient care. He received an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Tufts University and a PhD in Health Services Research from Brown University.
