Bradley, Ndumele et al on Spending and Health Outcomes

A new paper by Elizabeth Bradley, Chima Ndumele and others look at the role of spending on social services, public health, and health care and found that states with a higher ratio of social to health spending had significantly better subsequent health outcomes.
