Adam Chekroud’s Study on Personalized Treatment for Depression

March 2, 2017

Adam Chekroud, a doctoral student in the Yale Department of Psychology and an ISPS Graduate Policy fellow, is the lead author of a new paper “Trajectories of Relapse in Randomised, Placebo-Controlled Trials of Treatment Discontinuation in Major Depressive Disorder: An Individual Patient-level Data Meta-Analysis” published in The Lancet Psychiatry. The study looked at the data on 9,000 depressed patients to determine whether different symptoms of depression needed different, more personalized medications.

An article in Yale News features the study and findings.
